Refunds and Contract Abandonment

If you fail to communicate or deliver requested materials, Bella & Bloom reserves the right to void the Agreement and any money received will be non-refundable.

 

To resume the Project, you must sign a new Agreement and submit all requested information. If you continue to show a lack of response, the Agreement will be terminated without further notice and you will forfeit all rights to any work completed. Money received by Bella & Bloom will be non-refundable.

*Deposits received for web design projects as well as web maintenance orders are non-refundable.
